LegoFleets – Booking Terms & Conditions

General Terms Applicable to all services and bookings:

• We do not provide any specific vehicle, although you will receive the type of vehicle you have booked, provided it can accommodate the number of passengers and luggage. At Legofleets we have your safety as priority. We adhere to RTO rules and do not provide any additional carrier but stick to boot capacity.
• Booking confirmation is based on your selection of passenger and luggage capacity. If your passenger or luggage doesn't fit in the car, no refunds will be given, and additional vehicle provisions may incur charges and cause delay in your journey.
• Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle. The company will not be responsible for any losses, and delivery of left-behind items may incur charges.
• Company reserves the right to decide the route of the journey.
• Passengers travel in the vehicle at their own risk. Company does not accept any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, delay or break down caused during the journey. If any damages to the vehicle, driver or any third-party (vehicle or driver) are caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible to settle the issue including any charges payable.
• Smoking and consumption of liquor in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• As per RTO regulations, passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying illegal or dangerous items, including illicit liquor, and hazardous material in the vehicle. Prohibited items generally include illegal drugs, firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and large, sharp, or dangerous objects that could harm passengers or the public.
• A/C is complimentary. No charges will be refunded in case of any failure during or after the journey.

Cancellation Policy

Mumbai Airport Transfer

• All general terms as mentioned above are applicable.
• Booking cost include toll charges. Parking charges will be payable at actuals.
• Booking cost is for 1 Pick-up point to 1 Drop-Off Point, without additional stops other than food court break.
• Local use of car is not permitted and not included in given cost.
• Other than Airport pickup, vehicle will wait for maximum 30 min after your informed reporting time. After 30 minutes extra charges per hour will be applicable as per local rate card.
• Company is not responsible if you missed the flight due to any reason, or flight cancellation due to any natural calamities, or weather condition. Any possible refunds will only be as per our cancellation policy.

Pune ↔ Mumbai (Other than Mumbai Airport)

• All general terms as mentioned above are applicable.
• Booking Cost is one-way only.
• Booking cost is for 1 Pick-up point to 1 Drop-Off Point, without additional stops other than food court break for maximum 30 min.
• Booking cost is including toll.
• Local use of car is not permitted and not included in given cost.
• Vehicle will wait for maximum 30 minutes after your informed reporting time. After 30 minutes extra charges per hour will be applicable as per local rate card.

Pune Local & Mumbai Local

• All general terms (except cancellation policy) as mentioned above are applicable.
• Local Package car will not cross city limits.
• Booking cost excludes toll charges and parking. These will be applicable as actuals.
• While booking, basic fare will be charged as per the rate card. While releasing the vehicle, balance amount to be paid to driver as per extra km and extra hour at actual.
